Q: Is Floorfinity Mat durable?
A: It exhibits remarkable durability, ensuring the absence of issues commonly associated with conventional microfiber bathmats, such as pilling, fading, shedding, and deformation.
Q: Can you put the mat on the heated floor?
A: Yes, you can place the mat on a heated floor.
Q: Does Floorfinity Mat have any unpleasant smell after using it?
A: The Floorfinity Mat™’s open cell structural design enables it to dry instantly and prevents mildew and unwanted odor.
Q: How do I clean my Floorfinity Mat?
A: There are multiple ways to clean. It is machine washable. Or you can simply use your favorite light cleaning spray / detergent or soap, scrub with a soft brush, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. It could be either hang dry or machine dry.
Q: How often do I need to wash it?
A: Our Floorfinity Mat is designed to stay clean for longer. Washing once monthly (if needed) should be enough.
Q: Is it machine washable?
A: Yes. It is machine washable. You can totally hang dry, or machine dry without a concern.
Q: Where does the water go? How does it absorb and dry so quickly?
A: The secret behind the Floorfinity Mat is its AIRism™ technology. The surface layer absorbs water and instantly passes it through to the next layer that features a open-cell structure. Once accumulated in the open-cell layer, water quickly evaporates due to the open-cell structure that allows air to pass through the material.
Q: What size Floorfinity Mat should I get?
A: The Floorfinity Mat comes in two different sizes (see dimensions listed below).
Small: 40cm x 60cm / 15.7in x 23.6in
Regular: 50cm x 80cm / 19.7in x 31.5in
Both sizes work for all, but we'd recommend getting the regular size for front entrances, patios, kitchens and bathrooms, and the small size for small bathrooms and doorways.
Q: How thick is it, will it snag on the door?
A: With a thickness of less than 5mm, your Floorfinity Mat should fit under almost any door. As long as there's 5mm of space under your door (1/2 of a cm, 1/5th of an inch), it won't get caught or snag!
Q: Is it vegan?
A: Yes. We do not use any animal or animal products in the manufacturing of our products.
